What I Can Do For You
I utilize proven marketing principles combined with customized design techniques which help position your property in a much more competitive and marketable condition.
My focus is to accentuate your home's best features and showcase it in its best light for the sale.
My goal is to make your home special, and stage it quickly and efficiently. I can do this by touring your home and providing you with a staging or redesign consultation plus a written report listing my recommendations. You can then complete the staging/redesign independ-ently or contract with me to work side by side with you in your home.
Services Offered and My Fees
Staging Consultation:
I will come to your home and advise you on how to transform your space using your existing furniture and accessories to showcase your home to its best potential for perspective homebuyers. I will also provide you with a written report. If you have empty rooms, I can virtually stage them for you.
Fee - $100.00 per hour
Interior Redesign Consultation:
I will meet with you in your home to discuss your needs and desires in creating a new look. I will help you build on that style to achieve the home you have always wanted utilizing all the elements that create a successful design: harmony, rhythm, scale, emphasis and balance. I will also provide you with a written report.
Fee - $100.00 per hour
Shopping Consultation:
I can shop with you, or online for you, and help you choose furniture and accessories to create the style you want or to help stage your home.
Fee - $100.00 per hour

I am a Certified Stager with my Certificate of Specialization in Interior Design-Home Staging from College of the Canyons.
